Sono Radio will turn Piazza Santo Spirito into a street, one day, ephemeral radio studio, by regaining the medium as a social arena for a public event and debate around contemporary culture production.
Sono Radio is an open medium, accessible to all and a space to start a dialogue between the local and international actors of the contemporary art scene in Florence, sitting on the fence between local and global forces, past, present practices and project for the future. During an afternoon broadcast, Sono Radio will bounce between interviews, talks, conversations. Thanks to the guests' voices, it will delve into the less known city spots and stories, from the past to the present.
