Elena Del Drago is an art critic, journalist and broadcaster; she writes for Il Manifesto and works at Rai Radio3. For RischioTutto, she selected two artists whose works had been presented in the Present Future section of Artissima14: Helen Johnson and Patricia Esquivias. Both artists have very personal and intimate works: Australian Helen Johnson’s drawings and paintings connect possible ideal lives with more ordinary scenes, while Patricia Esquivas originally re-interprets the film-diary form.
